Carluccio’s | Dubai Mall

Previously, I had published a review on the Carluccio’s outlet at Dubai Mall. As the days went by, I thought their food started to taste boring and repetitive. In fact, I stopped dining there altogether.

When I visited Carluccio’s recently, I discovered that they had brought out a whole new menu. Everything from the plates to the presentation was fresh and exciting. It was a delight to sit along the waterfront promenade, relishing great food and watching the famous Dubai Fountains. If you ever get tired of walking around the world’s largest mall (FYI Dubai Mall), come for some amazing Italian cuisine at Carluccio’s. You won’t regret it, I promise.

Spaghetti Gustosi

A spin on the classic “Aglio, Olio and Peperoncino”, Spaghetti Gustosi is a new addition to Carluccio’s menu. Spaghetti is tossed with garlic, green peas, sundried tomatoes, chilies, Italian black olives. Served with burrata cheese and crushed croutons, this pasta is DELICIOUS!

Penne Arrabiata

Prepared using the original recipe, Penne Arrabiata is a staple on Carluccio’s menu. Penne is tossed with garlic, chilies and tomato sauce. Cherry tomatoes and freshly chopped parsely serve as the garnish. An old favorite that can never go wrong.

Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli

Fresh handmade ravioli stuffed with ricotta cheese and spinach, and tossed with melted butter and sage. Delicately made and served hot. A winner all the way at Carluccio’s!

Tiramisu

No Italian dining experience is complete without Tiramisu, and Carluccio’s is no different. Savoiardi biscuits soaked in strong expresso with mascarpone and cocoa powder. Now this is heaven…. Amen.
